1* Need already made copies of your :
    * ID book
    * Proof of residence
    * Any proof of Income
                        Eg : Letter from work to state that you are employed
                                 or payslip 
                                 or copy of pensioners card 
                                 or Company Letterhead (if owner)
    * An Application will be filled out at the Shelter with these document.

2* A property check will then be conducted to determine if the  property is suitable for a dog and what size or breed. 

3* Once the check is approved, you sign  a contract and do the payment (adoption fee) at the Shelter. 

4* We then send the dog in for his castration / her sterilisation and you pick him / her up at Dr Jacobs' office in Orkney. 

The adoption process is dependent on sterilisation availability
